Events & Campaigns Coordinator

Tiny Cat Animal Rescue is seeking an Events & Campaigns Coordinator to plan and execute our fundraising events and online giving campaigns. This is a creative, execution-focused role — you’ll be bringing ideas to life, coordinating logistics, and helping TCAR grow its revenue and donor base. The Events & Campaigns Coordinator works closely with the Director of Development and coordinates with the Partnerships & Sponsorships Coordinator on event sponsorships.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and coordinate in-person fundraising events (e.g., kitten yoga, music bingo nights, adoption events, profit share nights)
• Plan and execute online giving campaigns (e.g., Giving Tuesday, Waggle campaigns, Bonfire merchandise, calendar contests)
• Coordinate event logistics, volunteers, and supplies
• Track campaign and event performance against revenue goals
• Coordinate with the Partnerships & Sponsorships Coordinator on event sponsorships and in-kind donations
• Maintain a fundraising events and campaigns calendar

Ideal Candidate

• Creative and organized — comfortable managing moving pieces
• Experience with event planning, fundraising, or campaign management a plus
• Self-directed and proactive
• Comfortable coordinating with other volunteers and external partners
• Enthusiasm for animal rescue and community engagement

Commitment

• Approximately 2–4 hours per week on average; may be higher during active event planning periods
