🐾 Volunteer Opportunity: Nail Trim Clinic Coordinator (Support Team)

    MN Pocket Pet Rescue

MN Pocket Pet Rescue is looking for a dependable and organized Nail Trim Clinic Coordinator to help lead one of our most popular community programs. Our Nail Trim Clinics help pocket pets stay healthy while connecting their humans to rescue resources, education, and support.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on volunteering, coordinating people, and helping events run smoothly.

    What You’ll Do

    • Assist the Community Outreach Manager in coordinating volunteers to staff Nail Trim Clinic events
    • Recruit and communicate with Nail Trim Team volunteers
    • Lead in-person Nail Trim Clinics (setup, coordination, and wrap-up)
    • Pack and transport event supplies
    • Manage payments and basic event logistics during clinics
    • Update event data and records in Google Drive after each clinic
    • Maintain regular communication with the Community Outreach Manager
    • Attend quarterly Support Team meetings

    What We’re Looking For

    • Reliability and commitment to events you sign up to coordinate
    • Completion of Nail Trim Clinic training before handling animals
    • Completion of Customer Service training before participating in clinics
    • Access to a computer and internet
    • Ability to lift at least 30 pounds when transporting supplies
    • Strong communication and organizational skills

This role plays a key part in helping our outreach events succeed and allows our team to expand other community programs that support pocket pets and their families.

💚 If you enjoy working with people, organizing volunteers, and making events happen, this is a wonderful way to make an impact.
