    Description

    Mentor a Teen in Northern Kentucky – 3 Hours/Week (Flexible)

    Mentoring Plus connects caring adults with teens in Northern Kentucky who need guidance, support, and encouragement. As a mentor, you’ll have the opportunity to:

    • Build a meaningful, one-on-one relationship with a teen
    • Help teens set goals, develop life skills, and explore career paths
    • Make a lasting impact on your community
    • No prior experience is needed — just a willingness to listen, guide, and inspire. Training and support are provided.

    The Impact:

    Mentors play a vital role in shaping the lives of youth in our community. Studies show that mentored youth are:

    • More likely to graduate high school and pursue higher education.
    • Less likely to engage in risky behaviors.
    • Better equipped to build healthy relationships and envision a brighter future.

    Commitment:
