Hospice Administrative Volunteer
Our hospice team is seeking reliable and detail‑oriented Administrative Volunteers to support our office staff and help keep daily operations running smoothly. This behind‑the‑scenes role is perfect for someone who enjoys organization, paperwork, and making a meaningful impact through essential office support.
Administrative volunteers assist with a variety of tasks, including:
- Creating admission packets and preparing materials for new patients
- Filing and organizing documents to keep records accurate and up to date
- Supporting office team members with day‑to‑day needs and special projects
- Data entry such as logging information or updating spreadsheets
- Preparing mailings for outreach, bereavement, or volunteer communications
- Organizing office supplies and maintaining a tidy, functional workspace
- Greeting visitors or answering phones when needed
- Helping with special projects such as assembling binders, creating resource materials, or supporting events
No medical experience is required—just a dependable work ethic, a caring heart, and a willingness to help. Volunteers receive training, flexible scheduling, and ongoing support from our team.
If you enjoy organization and want to make a meaningful difference in your community, we would love to have you join us.
