    Communications & Marketing Coordinator

    Organization: Face Friends Foundation, Incorporated Location: Remote, Virtual — Sugar Hill, GA Commitment: 2 to 3 hours per week, flexible and asynchronous

    About the Foundation: Face Friends Foundation is a growing nonprofit building the Sugar Hill Workforce Academy — a culinary incubator kitchen and technical literacy lab creating real economic opportunity in Gwinnett County, Georgia.

    About the Role: We are looking for a creative, reliable, and deadline driven individual to join our Communications and Marketing team. You will help tell the foundation's story through newsletters, social media, and digital content that connects our mission to our community.

    What you will do:

    • Contribute to the foundation's monthly newsletter published on our Wix platform
    • Create and schedule social media content across the foundation's channels
    • Support the promotion of foundation events and programs including our October 19 Workforce Academy digital launch and our Lift & Build Charity Auction
    • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communications
    • Meet agreed deadlines without requiring follow up from leadership

    Who you are:

    • A strong writer with an eye for design and storytelling
    • Deadline driven and self motivated — you deliver without being chased
    • Familiar with email marketing, social media platforms, and basic design tools
    • Experience with Wix, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar tools a plus
    • U.S. based preferred

    This role is a pro bono volunteer position. No financial compensation is offered.
