    Marketing Manager

    About DART™, Inc.

    Founded in 2000, DART™, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to violence prevention training. Our mission is to equip individuals and organizations with practical skills that reduce risk, increase awareness, and prevent violence before it happens.

    Our programs include:

      • WorkSmart – Workplace situational awareness and violence de-escalation training
      • DateSmart – Dating violence prevention education for middle school students
      • Fight Back 101 – Personal safety training for public audiences

    For over two decades, DART™ has empowered schools, workplaces, and communities with life-saving knowledge and tools.

    We are seeking a passionate, creative, and self-motivated Marketing Manager to help expand our reach and impact. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional looking to give back, build nonprofit experience, or support violence prevention initiatives in a meaningful way.

    Key Responsibilities

      • Develop and implement simple, effective marketing strategies and resources
      • Manage and grow social media presence
      • Create content for email campaigns and newsletters
      • Assist with branding and messaging consistency
      • Support outreach to schools, businesses, and community organizations
      • Help increase awareness of WorkSmart, DateSmart, and Fight Back 101 programs

    Ideal Candidate

      • Experience in marketing, communications, or public relations
      • Strong writing and digital marketing skills
      • Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing tools
      • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
      • Passion for community safety, education, and violence prevention
