    Description

    The Social Media Supervisor Intern participates in a structured, hands-on learning experience focused on small-group asset coordination and creative project direction for specialized platform tracks. This role provides exposure to group ideation management, channel-specific asset assembly, and peer workflow. Monitoring the Social Media team. Participants may engage at different levels within this role based on the program’s tiered structure (Foundational, Intermediate, Advanced), depending on prior experience, engagement, and program needs.

    Learning Focus Areas

    Participants in this role will gain exposure to:

    • Agile peer-coordination steps and dynamic brainstorming frameworks
    • Brand execution criteria across specific platforms (e.g., video-first platforms vs. professional network tracks)
    • Visual asset compilation workflows and asset version control
    • Peer review and milestone alignment tactics for social campaigns

    Program Activities

    Participants may engage in:

    • Supporting the functional coordination of multi-part content series or dynamic initiatives
    • Assisting with the processing, collection, and sharing of programmatic learning frameworks with peers
    • Participating in collaborative creative workshops and narrative assembly labs
    • Collaborating with team members on structured tasks
    • Communicating questions, observations, or feedback to program leadership

    Note: All activities are conducted within a supervised and guided learning environment.

    Education / Background

    Candidates may include:

    • Students currently enrolled in a degree program
    • Recent graduates seeking structural execution proof on target platforms
    • Early-career professionals trying to expand their digital media coordination depth
    • Individuals seeking to gain experience in a new functional area
