Proof of current certification for therapy animal and handler from a nationally recognized organization. Up-to-date vaccinations and veterinary records for the therapy animal. Copy of completed training program for handler and therapy animal.

Do you and your certified therapy animal have a gift for brining joy and comfort? Elevate Hospice is looking for gentle, compassionate pet therapy teams to brighten the days of our patients. The calming presence of a friendly animal can offer peace, connection and spark beautiful memories.
