    Volunteer for a 2–4 hour shift on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at Plymouth Community Center. Assist with the photo booth and take candid event photos using your own camera.

    About the Event

    Spring Fling is a lively community celebration hosted by Reach for Resources. The event brings together community members for an evening of fun, connection, and inclusion.

    Volunteer Role Description

    We are seeking a volunteer Event Photographer to help capture the joy and energy of Spring Fling. This role will focus primarily on managing and photographing our photo booth, while also taking candid and posed photos throughout the event.

    If you love photography and enjoy capturing meaningful moments, this is a great way to share your talents in a fun, engaging environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Operate and assist guests at the Spring Fling photo booth
    • Take high‑quality photos of:
      • Guests enjoying the photo booth
      • Small groups and candid moments throughout the event
    • Help guests feel comfortable, welcomed, and excited to participate
    • Share digital photos with Reach for Resources after the event (details provided)

    Ideal Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience with photography
    • Comfortable using your own camera and equipment
    • Friendly and approachable, with strong people skills
    • Ability to capture fun, inclusive, and respectful images
    • Event photography experience is a plus, but not required
