Gateway Hospice has the perfect volunteer opportunity for you and your furry friend. Calling all friendly pet's and their owners! You and your 'best friend' will visit hospice patients wherever they call home -- assisted-living facilities, hospitals, skilled nursing homes, and/or personal homes.

    • We are looking for volunteers all over the Greater Pittsburgh Region, including

Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Washington & Westmoreland counties. Gateway Hospice will work with you and your animal buddy to accommodate your specific volunteer interests.

We provide training and ongoing education to prepare and support you to serve vulnerable end-of-life patients and their families.
