    Description

"The Nest" is a harm reduction, on-site sanctuary model designed for music festivals and nightlife settings to promote public health, safety, and evidence-based education. To scale this health intervention effectively, Ágora requires specialized advisory and data support to manage anonymized public health messaging, run strict intake and safety protocols, and record non-identifying data trends regarding substance discrepancies to inform public health entities.

The selected Online Volunteers will provide technical consultancy and on-site support to assist the health education team within "The Nest" program framework.

The volunteers will function as an integrated advisory and operational cohort to deliver a single, concrete task: the compilation of a peer-reviewed Public Health Outreach and Anonymized Trend Repository, including ten (10) finalized data summaries and matching risk-communication frameworks.

To deliver this single collective output, each volunteer will contribute to one of the following specialized tracks under direct internal supervision:

Frontline Engagement Track: Support the delivery of non-judgmental psychoactive education, manage anonymous intake and consent flows, and provide human-centered floor support to regulate guest anxiety in the sanctuary space.

Technical Safety Track: Assist in the safe, protocol-driven preparation of reagent testing areas, support risk communication by translating testing data into clear safety parameters, and maintain operational readiness for emergency escalation pathways.

Data and Operations Track: Execute the clean, consistent digital capture of minimal, anonymized data points (such as substance discrepancy markers) and coordinate logistical alignment regarding venue safety and educational materials.
