    🌟 Now Hiring: Social Media Intern (Remote / Part-Time)

    Peace Economy Project (PEP) · St. Louis–based nonprofit advocating for peace & community investment

    Are you passionate about social justice, storytelling, and creating content that sparks meaningful change? The Peace Economy Project is looking for a creative, motivated Social Media Intern to help expand our digital presence and support campaigns that challenge militarization and uplift community-centered solutions.

    What You’ll Do

    • Develop engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Bluesky
    • Transform research and reports into clear, compelling visuals
    • Support major campaigns such as the Valentine’s Day Vigil Against Gun Violence and the Domestic Militarization Watch
    • Schedule posts, track analytics, and help grow our audience
    • Collaborate with our Executive Director, fellows, and volunteer team
    • Bring fresh ideas to amplify our mission and strengthen our online voice

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong interest in peace, justice, activism, or public policy
    • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
    • Excellent writing skills and a strong visual sense
    • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly
    • Bonus: experience with Reels/TikTok editing, newsletters, or basic analytics

    What You’ll Gain
