Caritas of Austin's Chief Program Officer is seeking a reliable and organized volunteer to support the Programs department. This ongoing role involves various administrative tasks essential for the smooth operation of our meetings and short-term projects.
Responsibilities include managing meeting logistics, such as sending invitations and booking rooms, attending meetings to take minutes, and handling specific project assignments as needed.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and organized, with strong computer, communication, and writing skills. This flexible, weekly commitment requires approximately 4–8 hours of work, ideally starting by December 1, 2025. All necessary materials, including a computer, will be provided for use at our Caritas office location.
Be sure to navigate to 611 Neches St. We are located downtown. There is ample parking but it is all for a fee. There is no free parking near our location. Parking is about $3/hr. There is City of Austin spots directly in front of our building and private lots across the street.
