Help Someone Find Their Momentum!
Every day, people reach out to Momentum360 looking for help. Sometimes they need a bus pass to get to work. Sometimes they're searching for housing resources, employment support, food assistance, or simply don't know where to start.
As a Community Resource Navigator, you'll be one of the first people they connect with.
This opportunity is more than answering email. You will be helping people connect to resources that can genuinely change their day, and sometimes their life.
What You'll Do
- Respond to member emails with kindness and professionalism.
- Help connect individuals with community resources throughout the Denver metro area.
- Research new housing, employment, food, healthcare, and community resources.
- Keep resource information organized and up to date.
- Work alongside our Operations and Outreach team to ensure members receive timely support.
- Help create a welcoming experience for every person who reaches out.

- Compassionate and people-focused
- Comfortable writing clear, friendly emails
- Organized and detail-oriented
- A creative problem solver
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (or willing to learn)
- Passionate about serving the community
Experience in social work, psychology, public health, nonprofit work, case management, or community outreach is a plus, but not required.
Why Volunteer With Momentum360?
At Momentum360, we believe everyone deserves someone willing to meet them where they are.

You'll gain experience in:
- Community resource navigation
- Nonprofit operations
- Trauma-informed communication
- Case management support
- Community engagement
Most importantly, you'll know that every email you answer could help someone move one step closer to stability.
Time Commitment
- Flexible scheduling
- Approximately 3–8 hours per week
- Fully remote
- Ongoing volunteer opportunity
- Could turn into a full-time position if desired
If you're looking for a meaningful way to use your communication and research skills to make a real impact, we'd love to meet you.
