    About the Role

    The Financial Reporting Analyst supports the organization by preparing accurate financial reports, analyzing data, and ensuring transparency in financial operations. This role plays a key part in helping leadership make informed decisions and maintain strong financial practices within a nonprofit environment.

    What You’ll Do

    • Prepare and maintain regular financial reports and summaries
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends and insights
    • Support budgeting and forecasting activities
    • Assist in ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial records
    • Collaborate with the finance team to improve reporting processes

    What You Bring

    • Basic knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
    • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
    • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
    • Ability to organize and interpret data effectively
    • Good communication and collaboration skills
    • Interest in nonprofit work and willingness to learn
