    Description

    Join the Magic: Be Part of Our Gala Committee!
    • Secure Sponsorships: Help meet or exceed the annual sponsorship goal.
    • Sell Tables/Tickets: Engage friends, colleagues, and business contacts.
    • Lead by Example: Make a leadership gift during Fund-A-Need and encourage guests to do the same.
    • Give/Get Commitment:
      • Sponsorships (personal or solicited)
      • Table/ticket sales
      • Additional gifts before the event
      • Fund-A-Need contributions (self and guests)
    • Event Participation: Attend the gala and purchase a table.
    • Meetings: Join monthly planning meetings (more frequent closer to event).
    • Stewardship: Thank and engage a portfolio of 20+ guests/donors.
    • Post-Event Debrief: Participate in feedback and improvement discussions.
    • Recruitment: Help bring in new committee members.
