Production Assistant works with the CEO to assist with preparation for upcoming productions and keeping Artists and other staff up to date on rehearsals, Master classes and required coaching. There may be other assignments as needed.

The candidate needs to have a background in , Opera, Musical Theater, Dance and some working knowledge of theatrical productions and a willingness to be flexible. Must be able to drive to and from rehearsal sites and theater sites.

Responsibilities Include, contacting Artists and chorus about Rehearsal times and location . This position works directly with the CEO and Program Manager.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Attendance at rehearsals and during the production is required.
