    Must be able to communicate clearly in English with staff and clients. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Good telephone and customer service skills. Ability to take the initiative and be flexible in role as needed to provide assistance.

    Description

    As a volunteer in the Low Vision Lending Library, you will be assisting members of our community that are living with vision loss. The library provides an array of devices that can make everyday life easier. These devices may read text, enhance the size of text, or improve lighting for the user. You will be responsible for logging devices in and out of the inventory, making calls to follow up on returns or notifying of availability; while providing an environment of compassion, friendliness and service.Please note that this opportunity requires availability on weekdays.
