Make a Difference: Join the Guiding Path Enrichment Board of Directors (Volunteer Position).

The Board of Directors for Guiding Path Enrichment Center is seeking individuals to serve on its board. GPEC is a nonprofit educational organization that serves all local youth in the CSRA and surrounding areas with tutoring, enrichment classes, and educational programs. Guiding Path Enrichment Center also provides teacher advocacy to our local teachers including professional development opportunities, in-school support, and local/state board meeting recognition and discussions.

To continue our mission and goals, the Board of Directors has identified a need for individuals with knowledge and experience in the following areas: educational advocacy, financial planning, marketing, community activism, private/corporate entrepreneurship, and legal/attorney consulting( specializing in education).

Serving on the Guiding Path Enrichment Center Board of Directors will help you develop leadership skills, expand your network, and gain valuable experience in governance and strategic planning. More importantly, this opportunity will provide a way to influence important decisions and contribute to the success of an organization. It is also a rewarding way to give back to our local youth and educators.
