Position Summary

The Field Operations Senior Advisor provides strategic guidance on voter outreach, organizing, and ground operations for the campaign. This role advises senior leadership on field strategy, staffing, and resource deployment to maximize voter contact, volunteer engagement, and turnout efforts. Working closely with field, data, and communications teams, the Senior Advisor ensures field operations align with overall campaign goals and messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise senior campaign leadership on field operations strategy and voter contact goals
• Guide development of field plans for canvassing, phone banking, and voter engagement
• Ensure field activities align with campaign messaging, targeting, and data strategy
• Support staffing, training, and deployment of field organizers and volunteers
• Collaborate with data and research teams to refine targeting and outreach methods
• Monitor field performance and recommend strategic adjustments
• Identify risks and opportunities related to voter turnout and ground operations
• Serve as a strategic resource for field leadership during key campaign phases
