- Develop creative content ideas aligned with the book’s mission and audience
- Create and schedule posts across platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn
- Engage with our online community through comments, messages, and conversations
- Collaborate with volunteers and creative contributors to develop campaigns and content
- Shape messaging so it remains accessible, sensitive, and mission-aligned
- Explore trends, formats, and storytelling approaches to increase engagement and reach
- Monitor platform performance and refine strategies to grow awareness and impact
What we’re looking for
- Experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content
- Strong interest in storytelling, community engagement, and social impact
- Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and evolving digital trends
- Someone proactive, creative, and able to take ownership of tasks consistently
- Strong written communication and audience engagement skills
- Able to handle sensitive topics with empathy, care, and respect
