    Role Description

    We are seeking detail-oriented volunteers to join our Administrative Support team. This position is flexible and can be completed in our Austin office or remotely. By helping run reports, organize data, and support quality initiatives, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our patients and families receive the best possible care.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with data entry, file management, and report generation.
    • Support quality and compliance projects (including patient care data tracking).
    • Help maintain accuracy in electronic records and spreadsheets.
    • Provide clerical support such as preparing materials, scanning, or light correspondence.
    • Collaborate with staff to streamline processes that impact patient care quality.

    Requirements

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Comfortable with computers (Excel/Google Sheets, data entry, and email).
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
    • Commitment of 2–3 hours per week (remote or on-site).
    • Previous admin or data experience a plus, but training provided.
