Build relationships with landlord and property investors.
Explain the value proposition of our business model and long-term rental opportunity.
Negotiate lease terms and associated contracts (e.g., lawncare, snow removal, etc.)
Research and inspect open housing opportunities in Polk and Dallas counties.
