Growing Early Minds & S.A.V.E
Virtual Volunteer Tutoring Program
We educate and empower youth ages 6-24 who are economically and technologically disadvantaged by providing a free After School Program with snacks, online tutoring, homework assistance, and computer technology training.
We offer an annual Summer Activities & Vocational Enrichment S.A.V.E. Program for 9 weeks during the summer. Our GEM Youth Excel Program targets youth ages 16-24 and offers experiential learning through volunteer service, paid internships, entrepreneurship training and mentoring. Youth may sign up for online tutoring through the button below. In addition, we eliminate food insecurities among children of all ages, and their families by providing free snacks after school, Thanksgiving meals and occasional fresh produce giveaways.

After showing interest in this opportunity, you will be contacted and asked for your availability. If it matches ours, you will be asked for a brief interview via phone and if you're a good fit, we will require an application and a character reference letter from anyone, except an employer. If over the age of 17 a national background check will be conducted. After all documents have been received a Zoom training meeting will be scheduled.
