    Physician-Direct Patient Care

    Our volunteer physicians bring hope and healing to low income working adults. Our focus is on treating our patients’ chronic health conditions. This requires licensed physicians with a variety of specialties. In addition to Primary Care physicians, we need specialists with training in Cardiology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Gynecology, Hepatology, Infectious Disease, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Physical Therapy, Podiatry, Radiology, Rheumatology, Urology, Wound Care and others. Florida’s Sovereign Immunity Act protects our physicians and other volunteers from medical liability. Typical volunteer assignment is 2-3.5 hours for a morning or for an afternoon shift. The Clinic see patients with chronic health conditions. It is not a drop-in clinic. We have seasonal, occasional and year round volunteers.

    2 shifts available:

    • Most visits are completed by 11:45am. Clinic is appointment based. Time can be weekly, biweekly, monthly or on-call basis.: 08:45 to 12:00 EST
    • Most visits are completed by 4pm. The clinic is appointment based.. Volunteer shifts can be weekly, biweekly, monthly or on-call basis.: 12:45 to 16:30 EST
