    Description

Spring has sprung and so has a new garden at the Downers Grove Museum. Come help seed, plant, grow, and maintain garden beds and establish and turn compost in the new bins. Be a part of something at ground zero (pun intended).

Here are some exciting opportunities available at these budding vegetable and ornamental garden beds:

    • Watering
    • planting/sowing seed
    • weeding
    • mulching
    • composting
    • fertilizing

Contact the Downers Grove Volunteer Coordinator at cangarone@dgparks.org to complete a waiver and get info on training!
