Volunteer to Help Curate Events for Our Shared Events (Meetup Admin - Remote)

Location: Remote (Tucson-based preferred)

Schedule: Flexible | ~2 hours/week

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a detail-loving, community-minded volunteer to serve as the Meetup Administrator for our Meetup Group. We have over 700 members in our community (and growing every day!) and need help tracking and creating events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with our founder creating and scheduling events for our monthly calendar.
• Make sure events include titles, descriptions, and location details are accurate.
• Keep the page active and helpful-aiming to share 5-10 great events per week

You’d Be Great at This If You...

• Love connecting people with resources, ideas, and opportunities
• Are comfortable navigating Meetup or willing to learn
• Have an eye for events that reflect themes like healing, creativity, learning, or belonging
• Are organized and self-directed (but appreciate a check-in now and then)
• Can commit to a few hours per week and enjoy building something meaningful
