    Description

    Entertainment Coordinator

    Oversees the entertainment for the festival that is family oriented.

    To direct/guide the volunteers before, during, and after the performer has done their show(s). So that the performer will be comfortable before, during and after the show(s).

    To work with the venue to make sure the stage, audio, visuals are in order.

    Ensure all music has been cleared through the appropriate channels. (ASCAP, BMI, VENUES, PSC BOD, ETC). They must create a schedule of the entertainment line up for the event. The coordinator will work closely with the festival director. They will be responsible for ensuring that all entertainers sign a contract for their performance. The contract will be electronically signed and a digital copy will be kept by the entertainment coordinator.
