Description
Amedisys Hospice is needing compassionate volunteers. Opportunities include compassion care to patients and caregivers in their time of need, giving respite for caregivers who need a brief moment away from their loved ones, phone calls, mailing cards/letters, veteran to veteran visits, hairdresser/barber services, office duties, crafting, playing games with residents, pet therapy, etc. We are a caring organization that works as a team to make sure our patients and caregivers have what they need during this challenging time in their life.
