Description
This event will harmonize senior wellness with community service through a Mindful Sound Bath, a guided session on cultivating mindfulness, followed by a creative "Paint a Bag" activity. By applying focused mandala art to canvas bags, participants will transform a session of personal tranquility into a charitable act, donating their finished work to support the underserved community.
