    Are you passionate and committed to supporting the next generation of Black tech talent? We at Sankofatech are searching for dedicated volunteers like you to join our team of volunteers!

    AIT Technical Interview Coach

    As a technical interview coach, your responsibility is to prepare scholars for technical and behavioral interviews for Software Engineering or Data Science internships. Coaches prepare scholars through mock interviews and leading out on a monthly coding session where they’ll walk through coding problems with scholars.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Passion and desire to make a difference in the lives of students.
    • Can commit to leading out at least 1 coding workshop (2-hour commitment) a semester.
    • Can commit to conducting mock interviews (2-hours) a semester.
