A Kindness Is Timeless Volunteer Opportunity

“Your story could become someone else’s reason to keep going.”

Everyone has a story worth sharing. Sometimes, hearing someone else’s journey is exactly what we need to feel less alone. Through Voices of Hope, volunteers are invited to create a short, uplifting video that inspires hope, encourages resilience, and reminds others that kindness is timeless.

Your story may help a student facing finals, someone struggling with their mental health, a young woman searching for confidence, a caregiver who feels overwhelmed, or someone simply needing a reminder that brighter days are ahead.

What Can I Talk About?

You are welcome to share any positive, encouraging, or inspiring message. Ideas include:

• A challenge you overcame and what it taught you

• Advice you wish someone had told you

• Mental health encouragement

• Coping with stress, anxiety, or self-doubt

• Building confidence and self-love

• Women’s empowerment

• Kindness you’ve experienced or witnessed

• Encouragement for students during exams

• A meaningful life lesson

• Your favorite inspirational quote and why it inspires you

There is no “perfect” story—just speak from the heart.

Video Guidelines

• Length:

1–3 minutes

• Family-friendly language

• Original content only

• Portrait or landscape format is accepted

• Videos may include captions, music, photos, artwork, or creative editing.

Your face does NOT have to be shown.

If you are not comfortable appearing on camera, you may:

• Record only your voice.
• Create a slideshow with photos or graphics.
• Use animations or illustrations.
• Film nature or meaningful scenery while narrating your message.
• Create an edited video with text and music.

We want everyone to feel comfortable participating.

How to Submit

Once your video is complete, simply let us know by replying to your confirmation email or contacting the Kindness Is Timeless team. We will then send you access to our official Google Drive folder, where you can securely upload your completed video.

If your file is too large to upload, don’t worry—we’ll help you find another easy way to submit it.

We’re also excited to announce that we are currently creating a dedicated Voices of Hope section on the Kindness Is Timeless website, where inspiring stories from volunteers around the world will be showcased. With your permission, your video may also be featured on our website, social media platforms, presentations, workshops, and community events to inspire others. Full credit will always be given unless you choose to remain anonymous.

• Whether you would like to remain anonymous (Yes/No)
• Permission for Kindness Is Timeless to share your video publicly (Yes/No)

Volunteer Hours

Volunteer hours will be awarded after your completed video has been submitted and reviewed by the Kindness Is Timeless team.
