    Description

    Read at Carver Dual Language School

    Read with a student once a week. Donate half an hour once a week - no evenings or weekends! Apply online, complete a short online training session, and get paired with a student. Not sure you can make a weekly commitment? Sign up with a partner to share the volunteer experience, or become a "Flextra" and attend a couple sessions each month.

    Lead to Read KC is dedicated to improving the basic literacy skills of children in high need schools. Launched in 2011, we connect nearly 1,500 elementary students with adult reading mentors in more than 80 classrooms across the metropolitan area each week. Learn more at leadtoreadkc.org.
