    Heart to Heart Hospice serving the tri-county Detroit area seeks VETERANS to visit hospice patient VETERANS in their area. A friendly visit to a veteran in hospice care means so much. You offer support, stories and pride in career.

    Heart to Heart Hospice provides your training, assigns you near your home and always works around your schedule. We look forward to speaking with you in regard to our program and how you can help.
