    Volunteer Role: HR & Project Management Support (Unpaid)

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Volunteer HR & Project Manager to support our growing education-focused initiatives under "GURU VANDANAM". This role is ideal for experienced HR professionals who wish to contribute their skills toward meaningful educational change and reforms, while managing hiring needs, team building, and project execution. The volunteer will play a key role in driving results, ensuring timelines are met, and fostering a strong and collaborative team culture.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Talent Acquisition & Hiring: Proactively identify, source, and onboard volunteers/team members for continuous projects.
    • Team Management: Support team building, assign responsibilities, and ensure smooth onboarding.
    • Project Management: Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables with structured follow-ups.
    • KPI & KRA Tracking: Define, implement, and track performance metrics for team members and projects.
    • Meetings & Communication: Facilitate team meetings, ensure clarity on goals, and document outcomes.
    • Continuous Engagement: Maintain strong communication channels to keep volunteers motivated and aligned.
    • Result Orientation: Drive accountability and ensure outcomes are achieved in line with project vision.

    Preferred Qualifications & Skills

    • Proven experience in HR functions (hiring, onboarding, team building, people management).
    • Strong background in project and team management, including follow-ups and reporting.
    • Ability to track and manage KPI, KRA, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Passion for education reforms, social impact, and volunteering.
    • Result-driven mindset with commitment to continuous improvement.
    • Comfortable working in a volunteer, non-monetary setup.
