    PLEASE!! Come help at the UD Triathlon, help is needed for race course, finish line, clean-up, hydration station. Various shifts beginning at different times.

    3 shifts available:

    • Transition shift: Sunday May 17, 2025 - 05:00 to 10:00 EST
    • Pool shift: Sunday May 17, 2025 - 06:00 to 10:00 EST
    • Race course volunteers: Sunday May 17, 2025 - 06:30 to 11:00 EST
