Implementation & Customer Success Lead
Role Type: Volunteer or Stipend
Location: Remote (6–10 hrs/week)
About the Role
Once partners adopt HHP programs, the Implementation & Customer Success Lead ensures successful onboarding, training, and long-term engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Lead onboarding for CHCs, schools, NGOs, and ministries
- Train staff in UPE + HHP programs
- Track adoption, outcomes, and partner satisfaction
- Support renewals and multi-year expansions
- Gather user feedback to improve programs and product
You’re a Great Fit If You
- Have experience in customer success, implementation, training, or operations
- Communicate clearly and supportively
- Are passionate about helping organizations succeed
- Can translate challenges into actionable solutions
