    The mission of the Food Bank of Santa Barbara is to transform hunger into health with fresh produce, nutritious groceries, and nutrition education for all, from preschoolers to older adults, veterans to farm workers.

    As a Food Bank of Santa Barbara, in-person Home Delivery Driver volunteer, you will help deliver pre-packed bags to seniors in our community. Using your own vehicle, pick up grocery bags full of food from the Foodbank warehouse and deliver them to low-income seniors at their residences. Weekly opportunities are available.Additional requirements are reliable transportation and the ability to lift 40 lbs.2 hours per week. Various weekdays. Typically, between the hours of 9 - 11AM.
