    Join us for a virtual panel celebrating survivors and advocates, embracing resilience with a bold red lip attitude!

    Tuesday, April 7, 2025 | 12:00–1:30 PM EST | Virtual Event

    Join us for the Red Lip Resilience Summit, a powerful 90-minute virtual gathering in recognition of Sexual Assault Awareness Month. This event brings together survivors, advocates, educators, and community leaders to elevate stories, share truth, and spark meaningful action.

    The summit will feature a blend of live remarks and 5–10 minute prerecorded videos from survivors and advocates across the nation. The Red Lip Campaign stands as a symbol of courage, visibility, and solidarity with survivors. Together, we rise in red.

    Dr. Kristen Routh Ureke- Psychologist

    Dr. Kristen Routh Ureke is a doctor of clinical psychology, multi-state licensed marriage and family therapist, certified mental health integrative medicine provider, and certified clinical military counselor. She also holds fellowship with the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and has recently published research on resilience, trauma, and military mental health. Dr. Routh Ureke has extensive experience in telehealth and has worked for over a decade as a clinician, administrator, clinical supervisor, and public speaker.

    • Mary Dominguez

    Advocate

    Mary Dominguez is a wife and mother of two beautiful daughters. She currently resides in New Jersey with her husband, children, and an adorable Dachshund beagle named Mason. She has been an advocate for sexual violence awareness since 2019, starting off as an unpaid volunteer in my community.

    Nikolina Vujcic

    Nikolina Vujcic is currently Miss Illinois USA 2025. She is also a pediatric emergency department nurse. She has a deep passion for women's and children's health and advocating for trauma-informed care.

    Gwen Washington — Founder

    Gwen Washington has been an advocate for women and children for over 20 years. During her freshman year of college in New York, she survived an assault that deeply shaped her life’s mission. From that experience, she founded the Leila Grace Foundation in 2009, creating one of the first virtual platforms for survivors, advocates, and clinicians to share their voices and connect in community.

    Gwen has spoken at colleges and universities across the country, including Long Island University, the University of Chicago, Loyola University, DePaul University, Johns Hopkins University, and many more. Today, she serves as a relationship coach and sex educator, helping singles and adults build confidence, deepen intimacy, and embrace healthy connections.
