The Volunteer Coordinator supports the recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of volunteers to ensure a positive and organized volunteer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding new volunteers
- Maintain volunteer records and schedules
- Support communication and engagement with volunteers
- Help recognize and retain volunteers through ongoing support
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Interest in volunteer management and nonprofit operations
Previous volunteer coordination experience is a plus
