    Are you passionate about using data to tell meaningful stories and drive real impact? At Young Mothers Inc. (YMI), we’re looking for a Marketing Analyst who can turn numbers into insights that help us better serve and support young mothers.

    In this role, you won’t just track metrics, you’ll help shape decisions, improve outreach, and directly contribute to a mission-driven organization making a difference in communities.

    Position Summary

    The Marketing Analyst supports Young Mothers Inc. by tracking and analyzing performance across digital platforms, including the website, social media, and email campaigns. This role transforms data into clear insights and reports that help guide marketing strategies and organizational decisions. Working collaboratively with the team, the coordinator provides regular updates, identifies trends, and recommends improvements to strengthen engagement and expand YMI’s impact.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze performance across our website, social media, and email campaigns
    • Translate data into clear insights, trends, and recommendations
    • Help guide marketing and organizational decisions with your analysis
    • Track and report monthly website performance and growth trends
    • Identify top-performing content and traffic sources
    • Monitor audience demographics and engagement patterns
    • Create insightful reports and presentations for leadership and Board meetings
    • Track weekly performance across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
    • Identify what content is working, and why
    • Share key insights during team meetings to improve engagement and reach
    • Analyze newsletter performance and engagement metrics
    • Track key KPIs like open rates, click-through rates, and audience behavior
    • Provide actionable recommendations to improve future campaigns

    Qualifications

    • Strong interest in data, analytics, or digital marketing
    • Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
    • Comfortable creating reports or presentations (PowerPoint/Slides)
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
    • Familiarity with analytics tools is a plus (but not required, we’ll support you!)
