Hospice Administrative Volunteers

Volunteers in our office help with many daily duties that include things such as: filing, mailings, auditing, copying, data entry, organizing and managing admission documents, helping with scheduling and special events, etc. Our office volunteers work closely with our staff to better assist our clinical staff in bringing the gift of hospice to our patients. This takes place in our office during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 A.M.- 5:00 P.M.).

If you are a student who is needing an internship or job opportunity we will provide you with the ability to learn and utilize best practices to serve. After 25 hours of service, we then provide you with a letter of recommendation, reference letters, etc., that will help you with future employment and/or education. We treat each other and our volunteers like family (Como Familia), so you will enjoy your volunteer experience.
