Volunteer Social Media Content Creator / Social Media Manager (NC-Based, Remote/Hybrid)

Dream BIG Community Resource Center is a nonprofit serving individuals and families across the Triangle and Triad of NC through housing navigation, case management, and community outreach. We are growing quickly and need creative voices to help tell our story, highlight impact, and engage the community year-round.

We are seeking Social Media Content Creators and Social Media Marketers to help manage and grow our online presence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating meaningful content, designing flyers, and supporting community-focused causes.

You will help bring our mission to life across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and other social channels.

What You’ll Do

Create social media posts, graphics, and simple flyers

Help plan and schedule content throughout the year

Support campaigns, events, fundraisers, and community announcements

Assist with captions, hashtags, and engagement strategies

Collaborate with our leadership team on messaging and branding

What We’re Looking For

Interest or experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing

Comfortable using tools like Canva, Instagram, Facebook, or similar platforms

Reliable, communicative, and organized

Passion for community impact and nonprofit work

North Carolina-based preferred (especially helpful for local events and outreach)
