    Description

    The Fit and Food Connection is a non-profit serving people in Northern St. Louis. We provide free food assistance to low-income families and empower people to get healthy through free fitness classes and nutrition education.

    Interested in making a difference in the St. Louis fitness and wellness space? This opportunity is perfect for you! In partnership with local organizations, we are hosting monthly healthy eating/cooking demonstration sessions February - December 2026. Facilitation guides can be provided or come with your own ideas! This opportunity will have the potential to be paid.
