Description
Love Cats? Become a Cat Caretaker at The Cat House Lounge in Roselle!
St. Sophia’s Forgotten Felines has adoptable cats living at The Cat House Lounge in Roselle, and we need Cat Caretakers to help keep them happy and healthy!
What Would You Do?
Cat Caretakers are vital to the wellbeing of our cats. You’ll:
- Check on the cats and their environment
- Scoop litter boxes
- Refresh food and water
- Wipe down surfaces and keep the lounge tidy
- And most importantly… spend time socializing with the cats!
We want our cats to be clean, comfortable, and well-loved until they find their forever homes—and we need YOUR help to make that happen!
How Often Are You Needed?
The lounge needs caretakers every day we’re open. Volunteers sign up for at least one shift per week and are expected to commit to that shift.
- Shifts: Flexible—anytime between 10am and 7pm, Tuesday through Sunday (closed Mondays).
- Time Commitment: Most people stay about an hour, but some choose to stay longer to enjoy extra playtime with the cats.
It’s flexible, it’s fun, and it makes a HUGE difference for the cats waiting for adoption!
