Description
Position Summary
Help strengthen participant engagement through follow-up communication.
Primary Responsibilities
- Make follow-up calls to participants.
- Send appointment reminders.
- Send thank-you and follow-up emails.
- Document outreach activities.
- Conduct satisfaction follow-up when requested.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
Professional telephone etiquette, communication skills, reliability, confidentiality.
Preferred Experience
Customer service or nonprofit experience helpful.
Time Commitment
Flexible, 4–8 hours weekly.
