    Description

    The White River Valley Museum and Mary Olson Farm provide a variety of educational programs for school children and the general public. These include school programs such as field trips and outreach kits; youth and family programs including, but not limited to, tours, summer camps, drop-in programs, exhibit programs, and special events; and adult programs such as workshops, classes, lecture series, and films.

    Primary Duties

    After training, volunteers may:

    • Serve as hosts/docents
    • Help with family programs
    • Lead field trips at the Museum and Farm
    • Assist with summer camps
    • Help with events at both sites

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Ability to pass a background check completed by the City of Auburn.
