Description
Fundraiser Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing fundraising initiatives to support the organization’s financial goals. This role involves donor outreach, event coordination, campaign management, and maintaining accurate fundraising records. The coordinator works closely with leadership, volunteers, and community partners to build strong donor relationships and ensure successful fundraising outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage fundraising campaigns — annual giving, online campaigns, peer‑to‑peer fundraising, and special initiatives.
- Coordinate fundraising events — galas, charity walks, auctions, community events, and virtual fundraisers.
- Identify and cultivate donors — individuals, businesses, foundations, and community partners.
- Prepare fundraising materials — brochures, email campaigns, social media content, sponsorship packets.
- Track donations and maintain donor databases — ensure accurate records, receipts, and reporting.
- Research grant opportunities and assist with grant proposal preparation.
- Manage volunteer teams for events and campaigns.
- Monitor fundraising progress and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Build relationships with donors through follow‑ups, thank‑you communications, and stewardship activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications to promote fundraising initiatives.
