Hello!

For over ten years I have been an entrepreneur, running two startups: The Climate App and 8Billionminds.

I am looking for someone to share my responsibilities, and in return learn everything from me.

Between the two organisations there are over 80 amazing volunteers, and a few paid, helping to create a global movement of climate action and a new free global education system.

I am looking for a special individual to work closely with me, to see the projects through the next phases. For the ideal candidate it could lead to a paid job.

The ideal individual would have:

1) An entrepreneurial mindset (learning from Tim Ferris / books etc)

2) Wanting to run an organisation / project yourself in the future

3) Lots of time available

4) Able to work remotely, or travel and work with me in Bansko (expenses paid)

5) Genuine interests in climate change or education.

6) Excellent communication skills. Experience working with many different types of people, backgrounds and skills

7) Wide-range of skills (from social and soft-skills, to hard-skills such as tech and UX design )

Nice to haves:

1) Tech or entrepreneurial experience. We are working with Android, iOS and Java-based platforms.

2) Experience with project management (such as Trello / Jira)

3) Marketing experience or good knowledge about
