Donate what you already know. Voices of Variety has a use for nearly every profession there is.
What You'll Do
• Provide pro bono professional services in your field
• Mentor participants and staff in your area of expertise
• Teach workshops, run trainings or advise on program design
• Help us do a thing well that we currently do adequately
Who This Is For
Attorneys, accountants, educators, doctors, nurses, therapists and counselors, consultants, marketers, architects, engineers, bankers, technology professionals, musicians, coaches, chefs, tradespeople, entrepreneurs and professionals from virtually every career.
Time Commitment
Flexible, project based. Chicago area or fully remote depending on the work.
Why It Matters
You spent years becoming good at something. A few hours of it, pointed in this direction, goes further than you would guess.
About Voices of Variety
Voices of Variety (VOV) is a Chicago-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2007 by Jasen Brown. Our work is prevention. We create positive outlets — sports, music, the skilled trades, entrepreneurship, mentorship, adventure and community service — so that violence and crime never get their opening. Every volunteer here is a Builder, a Protector or a Transformer. Bring what you already have.
